BKB Ltd is seeking a cashier for their retail trading business in Heilbron, Free State. The role involves processing cash/card transactions, greeting customers, maintaining a clean checkout area, and keeping transaction reports. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience, basic computer knowledge, strong communication, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer
• Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and any other electronics
• Keep reports of transactions
• Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations
• Resolve all customer complaints efficiently and effectively

Qualifications

• Matric
• 2-3 years working experience in retail cashier or sales environment
